Provisional Member Application for Sending Entities
Before you start the adoption process below, be sure you have reviewed the full description of requirements for provisional membership under the "Adoption and Membership" tab.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Any autonomous Sending Entity can become an official
SOE Adoptive Member by completing and submitting this
Provisional Member Application Form. A Sending Entity is
considered "autonomous" when it is an organization or
program department authorized to handle the primary
sending-side influence regarding:
- Sending Supporter instructions and relationships
- Goer-Guest selection and training
- Field Facilitator partnerships and relationships
- This form contains three sections (21 questions total), and must be submitted directly from this site.
