Fees

Annual Membership Adoption Fees
The annual membership fee for Provisional Members is $135.  For Covenant Members, the annual fee is $150–$500 (depending on the number of goer-guests sent annually; see fee chart below). Membership fees are used to maintain this website, communicate with non-member organizations about the benefits of adopting the Standards, and provide assistance to adoptive members through the SOE Office.

Refund Policy
Refunds for Membership Adoption Fees are not given, except under unusual circumstances, and then only at the SOE Executive Committee's discretion.

Additional Expenses

Your organization will incur other expenses directly related to maintaining your membership. These costs may include travel, food, housing, and conference fees (when applicable) for the Standards Introductory Workshop, ongoing STM Training Conferences, and Peer Review meetings.

All donations to the SOE are tax-deductible and come under the management of the SOE Executive Committee, and are under the authority and control of the SOE’s ‘parent’ organization, AESTM.
